The two heads of state for Dracul and Westarctica recently discussed plans for a state visit in late November 2023.
According to sources, His Grace Travis of Westarctica will be arriving in Houston, making this the second time Dracul has held a visit for a larger, more well-known micronation, with Austenasia being the first.
A state visit ceremony is planned for Bran District, ending with a tour of the city and camaraderie.
“We’ve held great ties with Westarctica since around 2019 I believe was the year.” stated Prince Stephen in a Saturday interview. “Travis has a great sense of humility and respect for the people in the community.” he added.
Dracul and Westarctica have made attempts to meet previously at MicroCon, however Dracul was unable to attend both years. Grand Duke Travis has aided Dracul in prior years, especially with his donation of medals, specifically the Order of the Dragon.
Other members of Dracul, including Chancellor Williams and Founder Mark Millner are expected to be in attendance,
